Profhilo is the first injectable product of stabilized hyaluronic acid without chemical cross-linking agents (BDDE), creating a new category in aesthetic medicine: Bioremodeling. Unlike traditional fillers, Profhilo does not add volume — it acts on the three types of dermal cells (keratinocytes, fibroblasts, and adipocytes), progressively and naturally remodeling aged and sagging skin tissue. Launched in 2015, it is the first product developed with IBSA's patented NAHYCO® Hybrid Technology. Manufactured in Italy, with CE certification.

Usage protocol:
Application exclusively by a qualified healthcare professional;
BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) injection technique — 5 microinjection points on half of the face, ensuring optimal product distribution in all skin layers;
Injection into the deep dermis, with a 29G x 13 mm needle;
Initial protocol: 2 sessions spaced 30 days apart; maintenance sessions every 2 months as needed;
Compatible with other treatments — fillers, botulinum toxin, and PRP;
No recovery period — immediate resumption of daily activities.
Composition:
High molecular weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA, 1100-1400 kDa): 32 mg;
Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA, 80-100 kDa): 32 mg;
Total concentration: 64 mg of hyaluronic acid in 2 ml of sodium chloride-buffered physiological solution;
100% free of BDDE and chemical crosslinking agents — NAHYCO® technology;
Biocompatible and biodegradable;
Presentation: 1 pre-filled 2 ml syringe, with 2 sterile 29G needles included;
