Yes. All products sold by FILLERMA are 100% authentic, with CE marking where applicable and full traceability by batch number and expiry date. We follow the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle and guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months from the date of shipment. In exceptional cases, we will contact the customer before shipment.
FILLERMA is an exclusively B2B platform. Only duly licensed physicians, clinics, and healthcare professionals may purchase our products. At the time of ordering, you may be asked to present your professional license or other proof of qualification. We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet these requirements.
For mainland Portugal and the islands, delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, with a shipping cost of €7.50. For the European Union, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, at a cost of R$15.00. For orders of R$120 or more, shipping is free to all destinations. After shipment, an email with a tracking number will be sent for monitoring.
B2C customers have the right to a free return within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging has not been opened — for hygiene and health protection reasons. Medical aesthetic products with damaged packaging are not eligible for return. In case of manufacturing defects or damage during transport, the customer may request a replacement or full refund within the 2-year warranty period by contacting fillerma.geral@gmail.com with photographs and a description of the problem.
