Lenisna was designed as a long-acting filler with a concentration of 170 mg of polylactic acid (PDLLA) and 30 mg of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid .

By adjusting the amount of solution and the particle size to 50 to 60 micrometers with a round and porous shape, and combining them with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, a hybrid suitable for application in subcutaneous or periosteal tissue was obtained. It is intended for the treatment of deep wrinkles, sagging, and significant tissue loss.
