Step-by-Step User Guide

1. Preparation: Remove the thermometer from the protective case and press the On/Off button.

2. Filter check: Be sure to attach a new, clean lens filter before each measurement (the filter icon will flash on the display).

3. Age Selection: Use the AgeSmart™ button to select the correct age range (required for measurement).

4. Positioning: Gently insert the probe into the ear canal, directing it towards the opposite temple.

5. Measurement: Press and release the measurement button. The ExacTemp® light will flash during the process and remain steady (accompanied by a long beep) when the reading is complete.

6. Result: The temperature is displayed on the backlit screen.

7. Finalization: Press the eject button to discard the used filter. The device will automatically shut off after 60 seconds.
